The Pinot Noir «Privilège» 2019 aged in a Bordeaux-type barrel.
Intense and powerful woody nose combining cherry and black fruit aromas. Complexe on the palate with concentrated, but elegant tannins.
Wine and food pairings: Roast pork, Rack of pork, "Gromperekichelcher", "Rösti" with bacon and onions, "Oeuf meurette"(poached eggs in red wine sauce)
Best served at 16°C.
