One of our new wines of the 2022 vintage is our "Au naturel 2022". This is a white wine made from a low interventionist vinification of a Pinot Blanc. The winemakers' adventure in the cellar now continues in your glass: a (slightly) atypical Pinot Blanc with floral and cider notes, a wine with a nice intensity and body. The "Au naturel" wine has undergone malolactic fermentation to be stable without preservatives or added sulphites.
Wine and food pairings: White fish (white sauce), Chicken (white sauce), Smear-ripened cheese.
Best served at 8°C.
