Academic session with Daniel Poos

Together with the authors Daniel Poos and Chantal Gantrel of the book " Histoire scientifique de la vinification", you will explore the history of the cradle of winemaking in the Middle East. Wines made in amphoras, an ancient method rediscovered by an evergrowing number of winemakers in Europe and beyond, will be available for tasting. At the end, you will discover the amphoras buried at the domain Kox.
