The Straw wine 2018 is cited in the Guide Hachette 2021 **.

The Straw wine is a sweet wine of amber colour. It is obtained by fermentation of must extracted from raisined grapes (drying process of 3 months). A wine rarer than gold.

« The amber colour announces a very concentrated straw wine. The aromas of exotic fruits, peach and apricot extend naturally on the palate. What harmony and precision in this syrupy wine, whose acidity is ideally integrated. » (translated from the Guide Hachette 2021)

Wine and food pairings: desserts.

Best served at 8°C.
