The Straw wine is a sweet wine of amber colour. It is obtained by fermentation of must extracted from raisined grapes (drying process of 3 months). The amber colour announces a very concentrated straw wine. The aromas of exotic fruits, peach and apricot extend naturally on the palate. What harmony and precision in this syrupy wine, whose acidity is ideally integrated. A wine rarer than gold.
Wine and food pairings: desserts. Moelleux au chocolat.
Best served at 8°C.
