3 innovative winemakers are committed to borderless viticulture. The wineries Weinatelier Pierre Marie (Saarland), Domaine L&R Kox (Luxembourg) and Stairs n' Roses (Rhineland-Palatinate) have created a unique sparkling wine. Sustainably produced from new, robust grape varieties, ‘Tirage à Trois’ combines innovation and tradition with cross-border cooperation.

The new robust (Piwi, from the German word for fungus-resistant) grape varieties are particularly suitable for nature-conscious viticulture, as they are less susceptible to fungal diseases and therefore require fewer biocontrol agents. This reduces the ecological footprint of viticulture and promotes biodiversity at the same time. The cuvée contains the Cabernet Blanc, Sauvignac and Hibernal varieties.
The ‘Tirage à Trois’ impresses with its fruity notes of blackcurrant, gooseberry, passion fruit and pineapple and its spicy, fruity flavour. This sparkling wine is the perfect accompaniment to any summer evening.
