One of our new wines of the 2024 vintage is our "Au naturel Pinot Blanc 2024". This is a white wine made from a low interventionist vinification of a Pinot Blanc. The winemakers' adventure in the cellar now continues in your glass: a (slightly) atypical Pinot Blanc with floral and cider notes, a wine with a nice intensity, body and a subtle sweetness.
Wine and food pairings: White fish (white sauce), Chicken (white sauce), Smear-ripened cheese.
Best served at 8°C.
