One of our new wines of the 2024 vintage is our "Au naturel Riesling 2024". This is a white wine made from a low interventionist vinification of a Riesling. The winemakers' adventure in the cellar now continues in your glass: a (slightly) atypical Riesling with citrus and cider notes, a wine with a nice intensity and body.
Wine and food pairings: White fish (white sauce).
Best served at 8°C.
