The Auxerrois 2025, with its fresh and intensely fruity bouquet, is recommended as an accompaniment to fish dishes, as well as cheese dishes. On the palate, both delicate and fruity - without ever losing its freshness - this Auxerrois is also suitable as an aperitif.
