Method of payment

The payment system used is that of payment on invoice.
The invoice will be sent to you by email upon placing your order on-line.
Invoices shall be payable by bank transfer and without discount.

Delivery

To Luxembourg:

Shipping free of charge in Luxembourg for orders of a value greater than 150 euros.
For orders worth less than 150 euros, delivery is charged at a price of 10 euros.

To an EU country:

Shipping costs to an EU country apply. Due to fiscal reasons, excise taxes and VAT must be collected in the country of consumption. Prices may vary because of different VAT rates, custom duties and transport costs of the country of delivery. Delivery costs are not automatically added to the shopping card. Upon placing your order, you will be contacted by the Domain Kox to arrange the details of delivery.

Packaging

The bottles are packed in boxes of 6 or 12.
Exceptions apply to grape marcs and straw wine, packed in boxes of 1 to 6 bottles.
Wines and juice in litre bottles are returnable (0,22 euro), as is the plastic crate for 12 bottles (3,35 euro) (costs included in the price per bottle).

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros and are valid only on the date the order is placed by the customer.
Prices include all taxes valid in Luxembourg.
Luxembourgish VAT:
- 17% on sparkling wines, Crémants, straw wine and the grape marcs
- 14% on wines
- 3% on juice

Allergens

All still and sparkling wines contain sulphites (unless otherwise specified).

Protection of minors

The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
By placing an order of wine, you confirm to be 18 years of age on the date of the order.
